Saturday, August 10, 2024
Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village Museum
3755 Tonawanda Creek Rd., Amherst N.Y.
8:00am - Noon

There will be some necessary changes to the format of our ham fest. Check back here for any updates.

Gates will open at 8:00am. This is one hour later than previously noted. Set-up in the parking lot.
Tables may be in short supply, so bring your own tables if you have them.

The auction will be held earlier than usual: about 10:30am. The auction format will be different this year. You must be present to have your items auctioned off. Please only bring "saleable items" for the auction. You will be given an opportunity to present your auction items and to tell us a little bit about them, as well as to set a minimum bid price for your items. Auction items that do not sell must be immediately removed by the owner. We do not have any means of dispossing of unsaleable items, so be prepared to take home any and all items that you bring with you.

At present, we are anticipating a $5 entrance fee.

A 50/50 raffle will be run to help cover the rental and insurance costs encurred by the radio club to run this event.

Although restrooms in the museum building will be avaialble, the restrooms will not be accessable until 8:00am, when the main museum main building opens. You must enter the main building from the front entrance to use the restrooms. Bring your own beverages and snacks as we will not be able to serve any refreshments.
